Colaba, 1968 — Harbour Radio’s Sunday request programme was still ten minutes from its opening music when an unreleased rehearsal spool went missing from the station’s orderly disorder. Studio A had its ribbon microphones and red lamp; the tape library had its steel racks and handwritten cards; a valve, a telephone line and tea service all demanded attention at once. Rehana Mirza was ready with the announcements, Dev Menon was listening for electrical trouble, Cyrus Batliwala had the archive to mind, and guest singer Poonam Sawant was waiting for a song. An editing register mentioned splicing scissors, a cue sheet, an empty reel can and a tea thermos, though not in a fashion likely to calm the manager. One broadcast claim, the station says, was false. Listeners may be spared the programme; the staff will not be spared the paperwork.

The hidden gems, in my totally unbiased opinion, are the recreation of the Pac-Man layout and coupons inspired by junk mail. A lot of joke items of things that shouldn't be done in CSS Grid, such as a shelf? Bathroom tiles wtf? and makeup palettes .
