REPORT: Dadar, 1979. A ration office prepared a docket for the morning queue and found a second copy with a different entry. The supervisor has stopped issuing against either sheet until the alteration is explained. Customers are waiting outside with their ration cards. Four people dealt with the office papers and supplies before the counter opened. The counter tally identifies the person carrying the Carbon sheet as the one who entered the altered line on the second docket.
