Account and privacy
You can play as a guest. Optional Google or Facebook sign-in may be available when enabled. For an export, deletion, correction, or question about your information, email support@jasoos.me with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify the record before acting.
Purchase help
Jasoos has no subscription at launch. For a missing item, duplicate charge, or refund request, contact support@jasoos.me and include the checkout reference if you have it. Never send card numbers by email. Read the Refunds page first for the details we need.
Report a problem
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your device/browser, and a screenshot if it is safe to share. For a security concern, follow the private reporting path in our security policy rather than posting details publicly.
