A useful subject line helps the right desk find your note. “Privacy request,” “Purchase help,” and “Accessibility feedback” are all good starts.
What to include
A short description is enough to start. To help us investigate, include your device and browser, the page or case you were using, what you expected, and what happened. For a purchase, include the item and Stripe checkout or order reference if available. For a privacy request, say whether you want access, correction, export, or deletion.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government IDs, or a case solution you want kept secret.
Safety and security
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services, not Jasoos support. If you believe you found a security issue, use the private reporting instructions in our security policy; do not include exploit details in a public post.
