Before you buy
Jasoos has no subscription at launch. Any optional item is shown as a one-time purchase before checkout, with its price and description. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout.

Optional purchases do not buy a correct answer or alter the solvability of a case.
Requesting help or a refund
If an item did not arrive, was charged more than once, was bought by mistake, or is not as described, email support@jasoos.me with “Purchase help” in the subject. Include the email or guest/account details used at checkout, the order or Stripe checkout reference if you have it, the item, and what happened. Do not email card numbers or passwords.
Contact us as soon as you can after the purchase. We may need to confirm the transaction and whether the item has already been used or delivered. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this page.
What happens next
We will review the request, investigate delivery or duplicate-charge problems, and tell you the outcome. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method by Stripe; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show it. If we cannot approve a refund, we will explain why and point to any available next step.
